You were absolutely right to suggest that whilst my 9 year old ones still worked for me, the new ones are so much clearer for speech and for music.
Things like the telephone calls that play directly into my ears whilst no one else can hear what is being said are like magic?
I also discovered that they can be set up to track so that if I was to have a fall my husband can be alerted as to where to find me! Amazing - and I am discovering new things every day, like the ability to turn down background noise and concentrate on a conversation.
I can’t thank you enough for all your kind and patient help.
It is also good to know that your son has joined the company and I experience him to be a very pleasant knowledgeable young man. The reliable service will obviously continue into the future. Very reassuring.

Nothing is too much trouble.
First class personal friendly service from Simon and Heather . I have a severe hearing loss and have worn hearing aids for over 40 years, in my opinion anyone can sell Hearing aids, but the most important area is the “after care service “. For the last 12 years Simon and Heather have provided the most incredible care, nothing is too much trouble, always ready to listen to any issues I might have and to find a solution . I have recently joined the “21st century “ and purchased a pair of rechargeable aids and I am delighted with them and with the knowledge that if I do have any problems help and support is only a phone call away.

My whole experience with Simon was such a positive one that I wish I had visited him sooner.
Over a long period of time with a gradual deterioration of my hearing, I arranged to visit Simon to see what could be done about my hearing loss.
After the test he was able to provide hearing aids for me to trial checking in with me regularly to ensure they were adjusted accurately. Following a very positive trial I felt ready to order my aids, at no point did I feel rushed or under pressure to purchase. The aids are linked to an app on my phone which is very easy to use and enables me to adjust the aids according to what environment I find myself in.

First rate after sales service
Nearly 5 years ago Simon provided me with hearing aids and first rate after sales service since that time despite the virus problems.
Therefore, as I wanted updated hearing aids, I contacted Simon again. I have just been fitted with my new ones with Simon giving patient comprehensive instructions. There is no high pressure sales and his manner is so calm I would recommend him to anyone.

Mum hasn’t heard so well in years!
I’d like to thank you for the time and effort you have put in to change Mum’s hearing for the better. She loves her new hearing aids and is really pleased that she doesn’t need to change batteries. It is doing the trick for me!
Just wanted to thank you for organising my new hearing aids. So far so good. I am now able to hear my Zoom call when I’m upstairs, my iPad being downstairs. This is really wonderful. Whatever Bluetooth is, it is doing the trick for me! Putting them away in the box overnight for recharging is straightforward. I’m now moving onto the TV device!

I have known Simon for some years. Having managed to lose a hearing aid, I needed new ones as the lost one could not be replaced. Simon is very pleasant and easy to deal with. He is also very patient and explains everything clearly. There was a problem with one of the aids, but it was all sorted quickly with no hassle for myself. Follow up appointments are made regularly.

Thank you so much for recommending and supplying the rechargeable Bernafon hearing aids to me – I am delighted with them.
The first time I used them, I was having supper with my Book Club friends – this is a fun event which can be very noisy with 10 people all speaking at once, debating and laughing. I had a brilliant night.
Half-way through I realised why: I could hear all the conversations very clearly, even when a lot of friends were speaking at the same time. Previously, I was missing a lot of what was being said just nodding and smiling and hoping I was doing this at the right time. I could clearly hear the friend at the opposite end of the table. These are things I had not been able to do for many years even though I had tried other hearing aids. It was wonderful just to relax and enjoy the night, rather than trying to hear what was being said.
The things I like specifically about the Bernafon hearing aids are that:
They enable me to hear in challenging situations eg restaurants, theatres
They are rechargeable – no more fiddling around with little batteries which I kept dropping or having to remember to always take spare batteries out with me. I just put them into the charging unit at night and they last all the next day.
I have downloaded the Bernafon App to my mobile phone. This is so much simpler than hearing apps I have used before - just 3 simple options which I think of as “Everyday, Music and Theatre” - simple controls eg adjusting the volume,
I also love listening to my audio books and music through them.
